Hello,
I’m Derissa Snaggs, your PTA President for the 2024-2025 school year.

I am a proud mother of three, with one of my children attending P.S. 93 Magnet School of STEAM. Professionally, I work as an Event Marketing Manager. Although I have only been a parent at P.S. 93 for a year, I am deeply committed to our school community. Last year, I had the privilege of serving as the Title 1 representative, where I was able to advocate for resources and support for our students.

I am dedicated to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn in a safe environment where they can truly be themselves. I believe in fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where our children can thrive both academically and personally.

I am excited about the upcoming school year and all the possibilities it holds. Together, we can make this a fantastic year for our students, teachers, and families. Let’s work together to create a memorable and successful 2024-2025 school year!
